Acceptance of terms

By using Damar Medical Center services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

Medical services

Damar Medical Center provides:

• Primary care.
• Laboratories and clinical testing.
• Vaccinations.
• Immigration medical exams with an authorized civil physician.

Patient responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete medical information.
• Report changes in your health status.
• Follow the physician's recommendations.
• Respect payment and cancellation policies.

Cancellations and refunds

Notify cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute changes may incur charges. Refunds are processed according to our payment policy.

Limitation of liability

Damar Medical Center is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Services are provided "as is".

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated in advance.
